The Investing in What Works for America’s Communities website is managed by the Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF) and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (together, the “Partners”). This privacy policy describes the Partners’ current policies and practices with regard to personal data collected by the Partners through the website, www.whatworksforamerica.org (the “Site”). This privacy policy is independent from the Partners’ separate online and offline personal data collection practices for organizational purposes. The term “personal data” refers to personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, organization, email address or mailing address, and any other information that is identified with you personally.

 

Notification of Changes to This Policy

In the future, the Partners may add new functionality and features to its website and improve or add to its existing products, services and programs. Because of these ongoing changes, changes in the law and the changing nature of technology, the Partners’ privacy practices will change from time to time. The Partners only collect personal information about you when you specifically provide it. In connection with subscriptions to receive communications from Investing in What Works for America’s Communities or requests for copies of the book, Investing in What Works for America’s Communities, the Partners collect your name, organization address, and email address.

The Partners may use your personal data to help improve the content and functionality of its website and to better understand their readers. The Partners may use this information to contact you in the future to tell you about content that they believe will be of interest to you, for example events, news, or new articles.
